Delivered directly
Pepekash's founder, employees, or empanelled members personally take the role — paid as an ongoing retainer, plus sitting fees for Director and Independent Director roles.
Sourced & placed
We find and place a suitable candidate from our empanelled network — a one-time search fee, then an ongoing retainer/sitting fees, administered through Pepekash.
Also within scope
CSR compliance oversight and ESG/BRSR reporting — folded in, not sold separately.
Both are statutory board-level obligations, so they're handled as part of an Anchor engagement rather than as separate service lines.
Sitting fee structures for Independent Directors are set case by case and reviewed against Companies Act, 2013 requirements.
