An active bench, not a fixed headcount.
Pepekash operates through a vast empanelled network of professionals and consultants across India, rather than a fixed team sized for whatever's busiest this month. Compass draws on it for mentoring capacity, Bridge for deal facilitation, Anchor for board placements — the same bench, engaged as the work actually requires it.
That means joining isn't a hiring decision in the traditional sense. It's being on the list we call first when an engagement fits what you do.
What we look for
Every sector, every function — that's the priority, not a narrow list.
We're actively empaneling consultants and advisors across every sector and every function — that's the primary focus, not a shortlist of niche specialties. These are ongoing, continual commitments, not one-off project work: once you're in the network, you're someone we keep coming back to.
The baseline
10+ years of real experience, strong communication, genuinely self-starting, and well-networked in whatever field you work in. We're not looking for people who need to be managed into contributing.
Domain depth, any field
Aerospace, aviation, IT, M&A, fundraising, CSR, startup mentoring — these are examples, not the boundary. Whatever your sector or function, if you're genuinely deep in it, that's what matters most to us.
Also actively empaneling
Business development consultants — bringing in the sales and the projects.
Alongside domain experts, we're specifically looking for BD consultants — people who can bring in sales, clients, and projects across Compass, Bridge, and Anchor. This is revenue-generating work, not a support role, compensated accordingly — and, like every empanelled relationship here, an ongoing commitment rather than a one-off assignment.

Location: Bengaluru or remote — the network operates across India, not out of one office.
Type: Freelance, part-time, or full-time, depending on what fits both sides.
Age: No age limit. Retired professionals in good health are genuinely welcome — experience doesn't expire.
